What's actually in it
Four things do the work. The rest is gel.
What to expect
- First 30 seconds The cool. A water-based gel on warm skin. It evaporates, and that's the chill — physics, not a menthol trick.
- Minute 2 to 3 The turn. The warming agent catches up and the cool becomes heat. This is the part you'll want to tell someone about.
- Right after Skin looks smoother, feels tighter, and catches the light. The massage is doing as much of this as the gel is.
- Week 4 It looks that way more often. Nothing dramatic. Skin that gets tended to daily looks better than skin that doesn't.
- Ever It will not burn fat or change your weight. No cream does. We'd rather you hear that from us than find out later.
Questions
Is the warming sensation normal?
Yes. The warming agent acts on the heat receptors in your skin — the same family chilli acts on, at a small fraction of the intensity. It should feel warm and pleasant, never painful.
If you get burning pain, blistering or swelling, wash it off and stop. Patch test a small area 24 hours before your first full use.
Should I wrap it in plastic wrap?
No. You'll see this trick everywhere, and sellers of gels like this one actively tell you to do it for "intense sweating."
Wrapping traps a warming agent against your skin with nowhere to go. The sweat isn't the product working — it's just sweat, and you'll drink it back within the hour. What you're actually risking is irritation on skin that was fine before you wrapped it. Leave it open.
How long until I see something?
You'll feel it in under a minute. You'll see smoother-looking, light-catching skin the same day.
Anything past that is gradual and modest. If you want a number: we don't have one, and anyone in this category quoting you a day count made it up.
Can I use it on my face?
No. It's built for the thicker skin on thighs, stomach, arms and glutes. Keep it away from your face, your eyes, and anywhere sensitive.
Is it safe if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Ask your doctor first. We're not going to give you a medical answer, and nobody selling body gel should.
Will it leave residue?
No. It's a gel, not a butter — it absorbs without grease. It is fragranced, so if fragrance bothers your skin, patch test first.
