Any thin essential oil screws straight into the 20 ml glass bottle. No cartridge, no pod, no water, no measuring.
Set your rhythm
Intermittent spray mode gives you continuous scent on a fraction of the oil. One 10 ml bottle lasts two to three weeks at an hour a day.

Why we left the water out
A water diffuser dilutes your oil into a mist and adds damp to the room. Temper atomises the oil directly, so the scent carries further and nothing gets wet.

Cold-air diffusion is a trade-off, not magic. Here is the part most brands leave for the reviews.
It is not silent.
The pump runs about 32–38 dB — a quiet fridge from six feet away. Light sleepers should run it before bed rather than through the night.
It uses more oil than a water diffuser.
That is the trade for undiluted scent. Interval mode cuts it hard: a 10 ml bottle lasts roughly two to three weeks at an hour a day.
It needs cleaning.
Ten minutes with isopropyl every four to six weeks, and every two to three if you favour the heavier oils — sandalwood, vanilla and rose leave more residue in the nozzle.
